Is there a link to this RAPIDs ruleset on the site? Or to any kind of lore doc? It seems kinda vague and I'd love to read more about it without having to go back to Reddit and track things down.
I'm going through a rewrite of the RAPID ruleset and, as I'm focusing on the core rule book for Fractured, it'll be a while before it's available.
However - the QuickStart has some background lore as to what's gone on and also a 'what's important now' page, and although this is somewhat vague and will be contradictory with the final product, and, frankly, hasn't had a rewrite in six months and is likely clumsy and filled with grammatical errors, attached are chapters 2 & 3 from the CRB, "A Brief History" and "After the Screaming Stopped" to give you more background.
